I created this Christmas bauble cake for the cake exhibition at the NEC last November (2009). I was really pleased with how it turned out so I’ve decided to run a one day workshop every winter to teach those of you that are interested; the skills necessary to cover a ball cake and create your own version of my Christmas bauble.
Unfortunatly won't be doing this workshop until next christmas, but if you are interested, check out our blog comments on the workshop that happened this year.
