I found this old shot I took from Las Islas de San Blas off the coast of Panama. A few of us hitched a lift on a boat from Columbia and got dropped off on this selection of idyllic islands. One of the islands has an air strip used daily for food drops.

Due to my current employment status - or rather, lack of... I have been filling my days productively surfing at Rest Bay in Porthcawl. Today though, I decided to take a trip to Coney Beach (RB was on the rocks!). CB wasn't much better, only 3ft at best... so instead I took a walk with my camera and spent the early morning hours in the insanely cold English "sun".

NB. Shot on Canon 60D using Nikon fit vintage (circa 1975) Hoya 200mm fixie wide open at 3.5 retrofit.
