P.U......These seeds smell like feet!

Something light and fun for today. I sat out with my little friends yesterday and I felt one touching my heel with his nose so I got the idea to put seeds on my flip flops and toes, it didn't take long for them to investigate and start sucking up the seeds. They are always so entertaining and also very trusting. BTW....their little feet are ice cold even in the heat!

This mama gray squirrel visits the corn feeder every day and stands on the arms of the chair and has her fill for the corn, she looks to me like she is smiling here!

Today is the first time since Thursday night that I am not having nausea, I think finally I am getting over this nasty stomach bug, I am slowly beginning to comment, I hope you bear with me!

The chipmunks like the little cat planter so much that when I went to lunch with my aunt I went to Joanns Fabric and bought the dog planter too, there was a lot of squabbling over them and it took a while for two to actually get on them at the same time! I don't know who is having more fun, them or me!

This little fellow has given me some wonderful shots and I think this one is a big favorite of mine. I had to put the board on the stump because it was getting so deep that I couldn't even put seeds there, he seems to love the board, easy pickings!

A good friend of mine loves my chipmunk shots so she is letting me use this miniature picnic table for a prop for the chipmunks, I put a bowl of sunflower seeds on the table and it didn't take long to get a "picnic guest"!

These little guys have been stripping the cobs as fast as I can put them out, I think they already have next winter's food supply stashed!

I wish she'd buy shorter cobs, good thing I'm tall!

This little guy strips the ears every evening like clockwork, it is funny to watch him run back and forth from his home to the corn and back again! He doesn't quit til the last kernel is gone!

This sweet little red started coming around a couple of days ago, he is sooooo tiny, but he knows how and where to eat, he is just the cutest little thing. He isn't afraid of the big reds either, when they try to chase him off he ends up chasing them off....I think he has a great chance of making it.

Could you spare some food for a hungry mother?

This little red couldn't wait for me to get food out this morning! Usually they run away when I go out but this one never left even when I walked by to go out to the backyard with food! I guess hunger was more powerful this morning than fear!

I am calling this little fellow Nick for obvious reasons, he is very unafraid, I can walk right up to him and snap photos and he doesn't even move, isn't he cute!

I have two of these stumps beside the driveway, I think they are fantastic places to take photos of my wildlife in the yard!

It's about time you get home from running the roads and feed me!

I thought this was a cute little video and I hope everyone enjoys it! The sounds in the background are wood frogs in our pond, they were quite loud today serenading us, and there is a Phoebe in the background that you can hear also.

I bought this little bench at one of our local Garden Shops with the intention of getting the chippies to use it!

Yep, I've had babies, you better lay in a good supply of food!

This little female was pretty friendly, I was able to get really close to her, of course they all know me as the "food lady" so when they see me outside they all come running!

It's cold and dreary out today but I just had to get outside, the chippies are running around everywhere and I spotted this little gal, Daisy Mae, popping her head out of her home! Of course I had seeds with me and she proceeded to make a lot of full cheeked trips back home many times! I know it's her because she was the first one out this spring and I have only seen her in this location.

OWWWWW....Someone bit my ear!

This little lady has a big nick in her ear, I suspect the males were chasing her and got a little rowdy!

She reminds me of Nikki, but I haven't seen her for months, I suspect she won't be coming back, I think she was getting old, we had her here for many years. I do miss her though.
