Practicing off-camera flash.430ex ii located below the G-III (G-III was put on a plastic plate covered by white paper), attached to Fotga receiver.
iso 100,f2.8 with Tamron 17-50mm.
shutter speed 1/250 (the fastest speed to sync).
room light off.only lit by the flash.

a set of 1 transmitter + 1 receiver (Fotga) only costs me 15.75USD with free shipping from ebay.

advantage = price effective.use AAA batteries in the receiver.
disadvantage = no autofocus assistant in dark environment unlike the canon transmitter (ST-E2)..that canon ST-E2 will cost me above 200USD.
