Another Maree-esque wildlife capture lol! I'm not morbid honest, but there is a beauty to these husks of creatures. The textures in the wings of this moth, and the leaf on which it rests are full of atmosphere to me.

For someone who used to dance a crazy jig whenever a wasp got close to me, I thought it was quite brave to use extension tubes to get close in on the entrance to this wasps nest :D

When you live in a city, one of the treats of staying out in the relatively remote countryside is the night sky... it took 3 nights to get this star trail, with a sequence of 65 one minute shots. The building was lit during one exposure using a small torch.
