So this is the sixth Photo I dedicate to the new Angels and Airwaves Album which is called Love.

Don’t ask me how the title fits the Photo. I really can’t tell beacuase I don’t speak Latin. But as this building is an imitation of old Roman or Greek architecture I thought this image might fit the sing’s title best.
This is again at the beautiful Island called Nijima somewhere far off from Tokyo. At Nijima the people imitated the Roman style.
They even built up an Onsen in Roman hot spring style and destroyed it afterwards to get the “hey man it is old” feeling. Crazy right? :)

About the Photo. This was a dancing crew I met at the famous boat party in Tokyo. Honest. This is so cool! You pay 20 Euro and get entrance to the party ship. There you Party for two hours including free beer and Soft Drinks and in the middle of the party there is this dance you can see on the photo. :) Sooo awesome. Japanese people somehow always try to imitate other countries in this case… Jepp Hawaii!

The interesting thing is that the boat party starts at 7 Pm, then ends at 9 Pm. Then they quickly clean up the boat and at 10 PM the boat leaves for Nijima Island which you can see on previous posts. There it arrives in the morning of the next day. After arrival the boat goes back to Tokyo. The ship therefore is used 24 hours for several purposes… Really crazy.

I have released a picture of the temple some time ago as you possibly remember. This time the photo was taken from the opposite side. I still can’t understand why somebody builds a temple in pure gold :)?! Buuut! For photography it is perfect as you see here. I choose this song because it is talking about fire.

When I visited the temple I was told that it was burnt down more than once….

Maybe the title is somehow abstract to the content shown in the image but I thought it might fit because the landscape looks really futuristic and untouched and somehow it reminded me of astronauts discovering this perfect landscape somewhere in the midst of nowhere whilst being on the summit of a volcano… Whatever, I really like the landscape and I miss the times being there without computers Internet. When you are there you discover the abstinence of time. Like you can NEVER do in normal city life! Awesome!

So this is the third Photo I dedicate to the new Angels and Airwaves Album which is called Love.

So then, what do we have on this photo? Well it is kind of put together. When I visited Hong Kong there was a Ticket counter to purchase Tickets for Honk Kongs Disneyland. I took the Photo from an escalator. Hence the background was another escalator with a grey and stinky background.

Therefore I choose to create a new background. I took it from Stuck in Customs. It is called “The One sent me to the northern Rockies to get this sunset photo for The Machine“

I choose the name to this song because everything in this Photo is somehow perfect as you would request it when you’d write an letter and ask him to create a perfect world for you.

This photo was taken in Tokyo. It is a Sushi plate and as I saw it the first time it made my eyes go crazy. The texture of the porcelain is just awesome.

The place seen on the Photo is at Nijima Island somewhere far far away from Tokyo. Nijima once was the first choice for “Girl hunting” the people there told us but now it is just one of the best spots in Japan to go surfing.

The next week I have to take up the cudgels for Angels and Airwaves. You don’t know them? Very good because they just released a brand New Album called Love. The perfect thing is that you can download it for FREE at their Website.

The Band consists of Tom DeLonge who is also playing with Blink 182. In my life as a musician he was and is the one who influenced my musical development the most. This is why my next pictures are dedicated to one Song of their album daily.
I will start tomorrow and post the Photo I imagine for the song. Until now I don’t know how to realize it but I hope it will work out and I will find a perfect choice for the lyrics of each song. So let’s see where this is leading to. :)

For today and for the introduction I choose a fireworks picture which kind of fits the albums main theme.
