Two children carry flags topped with a candle. A bearded man wearing striped a robe stands at right carrying a dressed Torah. A small paper crown juts out above top right corner. Hebrew text on the back, framed by twisted columns. The decoration along the bottom includes a six-pointed star (Magen David), a menorah, lulav, etrog and shofar. Inscription in Hebrew: &amp;quot;Rejoice and celebrate in celebration of the Torah (Simchat Torah).&amp;quot;&lt;br /&gt;
