Went out late to spot some deer and had a very sucessful night. I passed a couple spotters a few times driving around and told them about these two, and they told me off this dark 10pt with a 20 inch spread. That boy was a monster but it was too dark by that time to get a shot.

This very photogenic doe was on top of a very steep hill, but with being very windy on top, I don't think she could hear me coming up the hill to "shoot" her.

I had to send my lens into Canon because my manual focus ring locked up. Thank you blank warranty card!

I used my brothers 7D since I haven't played with it this whole time he's had it.

I'm not really big on photoshoping images that I take as much I use to be. I normally just give the colors a little boost and haven't really cropped in awhile. I get a lot of my photography inspiration from photographer Michael Mauro and many of you flickr cats. This one I just did a very light shadow/highlights and gave it a sharpening, the colors were pretty good before I brought it in. soooo enjoy! Glad to be back on :)

Hey flickr people! It's been a long time since I've uploaded, or commented on all my friends photos, but I'm glad to say that I have renewed my pro account and I'm going to try and get back on here regularly again. I'm a little disappointing to see that the other 200 photos I had on here got deleted, luckily they were older ones that I didn't care for to much.

Hope everyone has been doing well, and I hope I remember what to do on here :p

This doe has been hanging around my house for a few weeks now, and she is not afraid of me in the slightest. I've been able to almost feed her out of my hands, and she will let you do your daily routine without her running away.
My brother discovered today that she has a fawn that she hid right at his house in the corner of his kitchen wall and porch.
