This is my first long exposure Panorama that I've done with the 1D Mark II so far. There will be many more to come.

It is a 7-shot Panorama from Pier 66 at Anthony's in Seattle.

Kerry Park on Queen Anne

This last week I bought a Canon 1dmkII. I've been just taking snapshots and doing camera tests all week and wanted to get out and shoot something else.

The last couple nights have been beautiful and the light has been hitting Mt. Rainier just right. Here is my pano from Kerry park up on Queen Anne facing downtown Seattle.

Sam Kuhn and myself decided that we would pull out our bikes and head up towards the Amazon Headquarters on Beacon Hill to see what kind of shots we could get. The rain was coming down pretty hard but we managed to get a few breaks between drops. This was one of three panoramas that I shot.

The first panorama consisted of 60 images--I'm not posting that one because it is not as visually attractive.

Seattle Interstate Pano

As of lately I've really enjoyed going out and taking long exposure panos to relax. This pano was interesting. I hadn't walked this far up and when I finally got here, it wasn't quite the same view I'd pictured. There is another view looking more Southern that is more so what I wanted--towards the downtown skyscrapers.

This shot is a combination of several images. I used a 50mm with a fairly small aperture to get detail.

Another sunset panorama from up on top of our house. The roof is pretty steep off the back side so I had to keep still so I wouldn't slide off. Not to mention the drop off the top of the house would be back breaking. VIEW LARGE

This panorama turned out great. I shot it with th 17-40mm f/4 L USM. This was taken directly in front of our house looking southeast towards Orofino, Idaho.
