Masonic Lodge and the Star of David

This beautiful restored building caught my eye; but I was really surprised by the Masonic Emblem at the roof gable and the Star of David over the doorway arch.

I love the beautiful interplay of stone and brick as well as the details around the door, windows and roof-line.

Somehow, I don't associate Art Deco buildings with McDonalds. The building is beautifully restored; I didn't sample McDonalds.

One of the few heritage buildings in Richmond Hill that has preserved the original architectural details.

The slight curve of the roof-line and cornice is due to the three-image panorama that I used to capture these details.
