Another shot of our view from atop the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori building as we took in the view of the last sunset of 2009.

Decided to take this one with the Lumix point-n-shoot as it has great zoom capability, and as I've become too lazy to change lenses on the Pentax K-7, as I default to using it for wide-angle shots.

Going to the top of Roppongi Hills to watch the last sunset of the year seems to have become a tradition for our family now.

Rather than take the usual cityscape shot, thought I'd post one of everyone inside looking out enjoying yet another stunning view from the 52nd floor of the Roppongi Hills Mori Building on the last day of 2009.

Another non-HDR shot taken from the 25F of the Nomura building where the pool is that I swim in every other day during the week.

Been a bit out of luck as of recent taking handheld shots with my Lumix, as some of the shots have come out a bit blurred. Its either me getting sloppier or the shake reduction hardware is worn out. Will investigate further; meanwhile still posting this one, as I liked the sky this particular evening.

As much as I love shooting with my Pentax K10D it isn't practical to carry to/from work everyday given that its a full-sized semi-pro dSLR camera. So bought a tiny Canon IXY 910IS digital camera as my cameraphone, while handy, doesn't quite cut it as a serious camera for shots around Tokyo.

Non-HDR 1xp shot taken from the 36th floor of the ANA hotel, shortly after drinks with some co-workers, looking towards the Tokyo Midtown development on the right and Roppongi Hills on the left (where my earlier shot of the Tokyo Nightscape was taken).

Had lunch here with the Headhunter who placed me with my new employer the other day.

The Roppongi Hills complex is a very popular spot to hang out in Tokyo for shopping, dining and/or visiting friends.

Is also Mori's flagship office with Goldman Sachs and Lehman Brothers being some of the tenants within the building.
