Bear Grylls vs. Camel

One of the coolest things ever done on "Man vs. Wlid" was when Bear butchered a camel he came across in the desert. I attempted to recreate this in lego form. It was a way for me to use both of the lovely new camels in both colors.

I've gone through the major steps and provided commentary for those who haven't seen the show, or just can't handle the real life counterpart XD.

I really hesitant to do this, but everyone needs to share their stats once in their life. My Inception creation that I made about a month ago was a once in a lifetime moc, hence the reason I put up the stats.

I'm also announcing a public group that allows you to see the behind the scenes view of "What happens when you mess with the physics of it all?"

It was my distinct pleasure to go and see Inception about 3 weeks ago with a good friend who simply raved about the movie. I fell in love the second it started. I loved it so much I saw it again a few weeks later with another group of friends, and it was even better the second time.

I really wanted to build something from this movie, to show my devotion. I was considering the elevator scene, until I saw that a few builders way better than I had already done that part. I settled on the scene where gravity alters a city street. To get the full effect pause this trailer at 43 seconds.

Well, this turned into a Brickfair 2010 exclusive after a few hours in the back of the car, and sliding down the stairs to my basement to be photographed. :(

The snow on the roof is roughly based on the work done by sly owl, and I believe that it is the way of the future. I really got the texture that I was looking for, even though it was a pain finding all of those hinges.

An IED blast from the war that tore apart the civilized world left this strangely shaped crater in the road. An Idealistic survivor decided that it could become his home. After adding a few fences and rolling out his sleeping bag, the survivor settled into this bizarre location.

The survivor is a poacher who steals cattle from the settlement, and that also explains why he is located so far away from others. With his trusty 17th century rifle, which he looted from one of the smithsonian museums, he hunts for his dinner.
