Created using a pile of old, art history slides inherited from my mum. Her knowledge of art history was fairly limitless...
I scanned in the slides then rearranged them accordingly (lovingly) in photoshop CS4

The hole that appeared when our mum died is still a vast gaping chasm which seems never to be filled adequately, only roughly patched with emotional band-aids and mental 'polyfilla'.

The last sound she ever made seemed to me at the time, to be one of a frightened child.
I think perhaps in years to come, I will realise that it was actually me who was the frightened child.
