Saturday at RHS Wisley. A very productive day and a lovely one if a bit too windy! Tripod rather useless and shooting D800 handheld is a bit of a gymnastics and high ISO combined!! This one is a SOOC taken in a little greenhouse with alpines - no wind and plants elevated on a table! Trying some manual focus with my macro lens and used my newly bough knee pads to kneel down ;-)

Should be flowering now.. but as we know this Spring is Different.. These were taken last year and quickly converted today - still, not sure of the result as my colour-calibration is playing tricks a the moment, well, let us see ;-)

Taken in February in the UK. In Poland, there is still a lot of snow now, mid-March.. Had to be a very big Snowdrop to get through half a meter of snow.. ;-) And what happened to Spring??

Snow here in Poland.. no chance to start gardening for a while... Very slow Internet connection on my laptop and still very sad me.. not the greatest combination! ISo sorry cannot comment much at the moment but somehow cannot do much at all. I am so very quiet and sad and no taking photos for almost 3 weeks now, since Mika has gone..

More of my beautiful dog, I lost on Saturday. I only arrived on Monday to find out she was gone two days. Out of her 12 I have only spend less than 8 with her and have not seen her since January. All beacuse of me moving to the UK. The guilt is a profound feeling. Why was I not trying harder to make things work better..
We took her very soon after my father died of cancer, maybe too soon. Back to that feeling of an empty house. Bringing memories of my father as well. Making it all so hard. He loved animals so surely she could join him in a better world and her doggie friends.

Just to apologize for not being able to comment your beautiful photos too much now, just a fave now and then is all I can do for now. And than you for all the support and comments here and under the other photo!!

No photos taken for almost a month now. This is a complete SOOC taken in our garden last summer. Still snowy outside, sadness still in my heart but slowly getting better.

Still feeling very sad and have not been talking any photos for 2 weeks..
My doggie's face get blurred in my memory, like in this photo.. I like it for her happy smile, too.
I was taken in the fields ner my mothers house, these are gone too, replaced with blocks of flats..
