This week we've had to syringe feed our critically ill guinea pig, Bramble. Now she's well on the way to recovery, she's getting rather more fussy about having a syringe shoved in her mouth, can't think why!

Apologies for the slightly out of focus photograph - have you tried syringe feeding a guinea pig with one hand and taking a photo with the other?!

My final grade was 92.6% and about 5% of course participants earned a certificate.

I've wanted to make a terrarium for ages, but when I priced up all the bits, it was exorbitantly expensive. Especially considering my terrible track record with house plants.

Found this child's toy terrarium kit thing instead. Fun to use and I don't care as much if the plants fail to grow! I'll update when they've sprouted...
