Londen is en blijft geweldig. Gisteravond terug van een korte citytrip van twee dagen naar de Britse hoofdstad. Het was mijn vijfde keer, maar Londen is een stad waar je geen genoeg van kunt krijgen en ook steeds weer nieuwe plekken ontdekt. De Britse tradities zijn indrukwekkend. Zo waren we gistermiddag bij toeval getuige van de officiële verjaardag van Queen Elizabeth II. Een parade met honderden paarden en militairen die richting Buckingham Palace liepen. Ook de koningin zelf hebben we nog gezien. Als afsluiter vele vliegtuigen die over Londen vlogen en de Red Arrows van de Royal Air Force die de Britse vlag boven de stad achterlieten. Groot-Brittannië en tradities, het is indrukwekkend!

London is just a great city. Last night we came back from two great days in this amazing city. Already my fifth time in the British capital, but I just can't get enough. The Britsh traditions are impressive. We were by chance witnessed at the official birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. A parade with hundreds of horses and soldiers heading to Buckingham Palace. At last but not least, there were a lot of planes flew over. The Red Arrows from the Royal Air Force left the British flag behind over the city. Great Britain and traditions, it's really impressive!

Zondagochtend in Hyde Park: heerlijk rustig en waar de eekhoorntjes nog steeds uit je hand komen eten. Het reuzenrad stond in Winter Wonderland.

In tegenstelling tot de station zie je de RS6 Sedan haast nooit. Jammer eigenlijk, want wat is het een brute powersedan. In hartje Londen naast het Natural History Museum, meer dan drie jaar geleden alweer.

In contrast to the station version, you almost never see the RS6 Sedan. Too bad, because it's really a brutal power sedan. This was in the middle of London next to the Natural History Museum, three years ago.

Jaguar XF S vs. Bentley Continental Flying Spur

Brits duo, waarvan de Jaguar ook echt uit Groot-Brittannië komt, in onze hoofdstad. De Jaguar staat natuurlijk een klasse lager dan de Bentley, maar beide zijn Britse schoonheden.

Vlak nadat een rode Audi R8 V10 langs kwam rijden. Deze had gelukkig rood licht, zodat ik heel even de tijd had om hem op de foto te zetten.
