Finally got Zoey outside to play later in the afternoon before it got dark, she had a ball in the snow :-) it's funny b/c she was so light she didn't sink in all the time. There was powder on top for about 6" - 8" and then underneath a harder icy crunchy layer that was another 10"+ and when I walked I'd crunch and sink right through, she was much luckier although she did get stuck a couple of times.

Another shot from the other night as Zoey played on the big hill at the park. Here she is picking up my keys which inevitably get thrown in front of the camera to grab her attention and have her actually pause for a moment so I can grab a shot.

D700, 17-35mm f/2.8 @ 17mm, f/9, 1/160th, iso 200, possibly a cp filter but not 100% sure.

Strobist:
1 AB800 camera left in an Apollo 28 at about full power, triggered with RF-602's.

Zoey playing with her favorite buddy, Charlie Brown, out in the back yard on a beautiful evening last week. She was putting grass in that cup and then feeding it to Charlie, it was very cute.
