We wanted to pick just the right shade...not too dark, not too light. Over the course of three weeks (with the builder calling us daily for our decision), you could find us sitting in a half dozen local hardware store parking lots...holding samples up to the sun, down in the shadows, outside the car, in the trunk...trying to make sure it looked right in all lights.
