M598 and CUV 198C were not included in the sale of Carousel Buses and were retained for private ownership. Also excluded from the sale was the former New York Ford Crown Victoria taxi parked in between them.

MCW Metrobus M2744 in the Carousel Buses fleet is lined up with other withdrawn vehicles. All would pass to Go-Ahead but were sold to PVS of Carlton without use in March 2012.

A former BT Ford Escort 55 Van in the Carousel Buses fleet. It was not transferred to Go-Ahead and was retained in private ownership.

GYE 524W was the last MCW Metrobus to run for Carousel and was withdrawn at the end of service on 2/5/12. It was not operated by Go-Ahead and retained by Steve Burns.

Buses from three generations of London Buses are seen here at Carousel. Nearest the camera are PVL 211 and 210 hired in from London Central and seen on their last day at Carousel. Next to them is former London Central NV70 now in the Carousel 'Blue Bus' fleet and next to that is G534 VBB, a former Kentish Bus Leyland Olympian.

Carousel Buses has taken delivery of four former Go-North East Volvo Olympians for school contract services. These buses have been painted bright blue and are to gain 'the blue bus' school bus branding in due course. These buses entered service into service in mid June.

930 is R270 LGH and was new to London Central but also spent several years with GNE, laterly in the 'Yellow Bus' livery.

During my tenure at Carousel, I couldn't complain about the view from the window. Two Leyland Olympians from the school bus fleet sit in the yard between duties.

Carousel acquired a Wilts & Dorset Optare Tempo on demonstration in March, and it was later to join the fleet on a full time basis in fleet livery. Whilst on demonstration it retained GSC fleet number 2501.

For a short period in March, Carousel buses were parked in the Baker Street compound during the day. Seen here are two of the loaned PVL class Volvo B7's from London.

Although acquired by Go-Ahead with Carousel, DMS 13 was already withdrawn and was sold to PVS of Carlton for scrapping in March 2012.
