This park is along the Westside Highway in NY somewhere . Liked the lighting of the path so I took this pic. Desaturated it a little and removed some noise because of the high ISO. Taken with D800

Flowers for my lovely wife. Taken with the Nikon D800 and Nikon 85 1.8G. On manual with two off camera flashes (D800 internal flash as commnader) .
First flash (SB-910) camera right, 3 1/2 ft away, up high pointing down on the flowers with a Impact Snoot v2 and 20 degree grid on it.
Second flash (SB-600) camera left, , -2.3 EV, 3 1/2 ft away with a Gary Fong lightsphere (and diffusing dome) about the height of the counter.
ISo 400, Shutter 250, Aperture 5.6. Edited with photoshop and Photo Tools 2.6 Pro plugin.

Portrait shot of my son using 1 SB-910 Speedlight with my Nikon D600 and Nikon 85g F1.8 lens.

No diffuser or modifier used - sb-910 placed slightly above his head off frame at a 45 degree angle to his right on light stand. Triggered by Nikon D600 built in flash as commander.

A new found interest in flash photography lead me to shoot this portrait of my wife. I like the way she blends into the black. Used a Nikon D600, Nikon 85Gmm lens, (1) SB-910 Speedlight.

Right after Hurrican Sandy, NJ experienced a nor'easter on top of everything that had already happened from Sandy, The following morning (11/8/12) after the nor-easter was past, I woke up early Thursday morning and looked out my rear window to this view. What a beautiful calm sight despite the recent mayhem from the storms. Felt the need to capture it.
