Food courts have a major place in the food culture from Singapore. Lau Pa Sat, with its old fashioned style, is a very nice place to visit.
In this shot, place is relatively empty as we went there in the middle of the afternoon.

This Chinese temple is in the middle of office buildings in the Business district. That guy is burning fake bills that you can buy - this is supposed to bring good fortune if I understand correctly.

The red and white celing introduces a red dominant which is not very easy to manage even in post treatment - yet, the atmosphere is interesting.

I had difficulties to shoot a good street picture in Chinatown. Poor light conditions, white sky, this is the only "decent" shot I have from there.

Of course, this shot was not taken in the middle of a busy street, but still is in the middle of the city, reminder that SIngapore is in a tropical area (well in fact, it almost seats on the Equator).
