Rare Sutherland Family portrait in the cabinet card format by photographer R. G. Gardner of Lockport, NY. The Sutherland Sisters were a prominent late 19th century act that was managed by H. Bailey. The seven sisters included Sarah, Victoria, Isabella, Grace, Naomi, Dora, and Mary. This example was found in MN.

I've seen several memorial photographs over the years, but this one stand out as a unique example with a car serving as the focal point. I am thinking the car belonged to the deceased person. Found in WI.

My first impression was this being some sort of May Festival or Fourth of July event. I love everything about this one, fast becoming one of my favorites in my collection. Found in WI.

Inscription on the verso reads, "Dear old 'Hayes' I'll bet he misses me." My first thought is this has something to do with school and that "Hayes" was the teacher. Found in WI.

From a group of photos of a couple honeymooning in Mexico I believe. Found in Ohio. Update: Chain12 pointed out that the sign in the background suggests the location is actually Eau Claire, WI, which certainly makes sense given that it was found in WI. Thanks CHAIN12!
