Taken at Chew Valley Lake, near Bristol, Somerset.

A greetings card publisher contacted me and asked me if they could buy the license for this shot!
I agreed and signed a contract, i get 6% of all profits plus a £50 advance! :-)

I must admit, i did feel like a bit of a voyeur when i photographed these woodpigeons getting close, but they were so busy they didn't care who noticed! :-)

Taken in the recent snowy weather...
It's not the sharpest shot as the light was low, but i really like this, it's almost art i think! :-)

So happy with this capture, i love the sharpness and colour details aswell as the position of the wings! :-)
