365/365 TTFN Explored

Wow, a whole year complete. Well sort of complete. I've been determined from the beginning to only cover 365 days with this project. It means I've missed some days - hey life gets in the way. But, I did what I set out to do;

a) document one year in the life of me in photos
b) pick up the camera more often and learn how to use it

I 100% achieved both of those targets. I've come along leaps and bounds in terms of my photography and I'm slowly finding my own style in this art.

In the last 365 days I've:

-lost and gained a heap of weight
-got partially naked, half naked and TOTALLY NAKED and posted the photos on flickr! Which was a major achievement for me.
-lost my great grandad
-got promoted
-got a big payrise
-got front page explore!
-celebrated Red Nose Day
-got married
-went to Egypt
-turned 24
-did crazy stuff with my bestest buddy more times than I can remember
-set up my own photography business
-FINISHED THIS BLOODY PROJECT!

So, now I'm checking out. I've had a love hate relationship with Flickr and now I'm taking a few steps back, to take photos of something other than me. I've had a good start with Pencil Full of Lead and now I'm going to concentrate on really making it work!!

Thanks to everyone who's visted my stream at some point over the last year and commented - I've appreciated every opinion.

My mum grows her own veg and so yesterday gave me some spuds and peas to go with the pork chops I had. Oh my god, it was divine.

For my pick on FGR - Confession Time!
This is actually true. On days like today when I'm absolutely knackered, I often pop to the toilets and have a quiet snooze. I also go to the toilet to "silent scream" if people are pissing me off, and also, to wee!

Today's 365 is for my own pick on the Rogue Players - retro and my Seven Deadly Sins project - wrath.

This is retro because it's a copy cat of Andy Warhol's picture of Liza Minelli.

Wrath, because my nose is flared under all that high key! And those are my evil eyes.

Colour high key for Class with Dave and Dave.

Well, not quite 99 but you get the picture!

As soon as I saw today's FGR group, I started singing this song. No idea why! So I pondered out to the shops on my lunch break and bought some red balloons. I also happened across this red wig so have started my photo prop box now!

T is for Tired! Boring I know but I love this photo and there wasn't another T could find to fit.

For FGR - bad habits. I think flinging yourself all over a dirty bridge for Flickr is a bad habit, an obsession.

This is taken on a bridge over Torquay Habour.

Took a short walk around Torquay Harbour tonight with Mike, Mom and Nan. Was fun!

After giving my Mum Splishy Splashy for her house warming gift, she requested a photo to match her living room in red and brown. Of course chocolate strawberries jumped to mind!!!

Have a good selection of photos to offer her from this shoot. Love it when a plan comes together.
