Maj. Eden, the only combat stress therapy dog in the Afghan theater of Operations, visits the Task Force Vanguard Joint Operations Center on Forward Operating Base Shank, Afghanistan on 6 May. Combat stress therapy dogs are intended to help deployed soldiers cope with stress, and have been utilized by all ranks, from Private to General.
