A view of workers gathered on the sidewalk outside the Colt's armory. The striking workers are lined up two abreast in an orderly fashion, with a few stragglers on the street amongst the parked cars. Inscription on back: "Approx 7AM 3/18/35".

Men and women line up outside the armory to demonstrate or go back to work. People line the street and parking area amidst several cars. The inscription on the back reads "May 15 AM deadline" which denotes this was the day President Samuel Stone set as the day striking workers had to come back to work or lose their jobs. Inscribed on back: "May 15 AM. Deadline" [in ballpoint pen].
