(had to upload this via my phone, so if the color looks funny, I think that's why). Afternoon light off of the Big Pink. I barely got the camera out in time for this before it drove off. I would've liked to have gotten the whole tree in the shot, but I really just had time to square it up and shoot.

The old work bike, really cleaned up. After a photo of just the seat post, I guess a full shot would be nice.

14 year old Provia in low light equals hours of color and exposure control. I plan on spending of fresh roll of Portra 160 on this in the near future. It's worth it.

The old work bike with a well deserved repair and repaint. He worked at COAT(Vanilla's in-house paint shop), hence the fancy finishing touches. He's the one who painted my Milholland as well. Great work and a great dude.

That's all I was thinking as hoards of cyclists(it's on a bike route) and the occasional car looked over at me, bike laying half in the street like I had a sudden mechanical issue. I don't know how many times I've had goodhearted Samaritan ask if everything was alright.
Well, I wish they could all have seen into the future to today when I scanned in the film version of the instagram. Because everything turned out just fine.
Now who wants to sell me this thing?!

This car's been parked over here for years. I finally was in a place with the right light to take a photo. There were other moments where it looked good. Hell it always looks good, but only one other time did I snap the shutter.
It's a big car, even in its rare, two door version(and them's some big, heavy doors). Fitting it into the entire frame would be tough without the wide lens, and the background woulda got out of hand. But how much of this iconic vehicle do you really need to see to know what's missing?
