Nike Jordan shoe. Iced in red buttercream (mmm, red buttercream! j/k) with fondant details. Little 'stitching' created wtih a toothpick. Filled with fresh strawberries.

I can't tell you how many dag nab Louis Vuitton purses I do...I didn't even know who Louis Vuitton was until I started getting all these cake orders...now, I pretty much know the design by heart! LV, star-thing, LV, star-thing...next row star, star, star, next row circle, star-thing, circle, star-thing...augh!

Little Einsteins spaceship model sitting on a full-sheet cake...this model was made out of cake and was iced with rolled fondant. The 'shine spots' of course are buttercream!

Aaah, the ring box cake. So difficult to structure...I had originally sculpted it with buttercream, but the other decorator I work with decided to cover it with fondant because the colors were 'swirling' too much. So we 'peiced' the fondant on. We had to use two big dowel rods and even that didn't help the stability much.

This was a wedding cake for hikers/hunters. It's pretty much buttercream with a fondant 'stream' drape and fondant 'cobblestones', and ice cream cones iced with green buttercream for 'trees.'
