Totally hand-manipulated from my own images in photoshop. I've attached a Creative Commons license so you can look at a larger version, though the original is over twice that large again.

About the title: I can't help it, there is such a self-entitled dickishness to the upper-crust life-tourists in that part of Fla. Enormous empty weekend beach houses, $150,000 cars with far better health care than your average human being, and a half mile away, abject poverty and segregation. The founders of the U.S. built this country to stop the wealthy aristocracy from running roughshod over our politics and our country and what have we done? Handed them the keys to The Constitution. And what are they doing? Driving the country into canal after canal, all the while whining: "hands off our taxes!" F that.
