in gocce assetate di vita

Ci sono notti
che il mattino già scorda
in passaggi di fumo e stanchezza
quando anche l’ultima nota
segnata in parte a matita
allunga un percorso
e la parola non basta
così persa e impastata nel cuore.

Il ghiaccio annegato nell’ambra
è goccia sudata dal vetro
ma ciò che ha bagnato un bemolle
ha il sapore del sale

e quei tagli di luce, là sotto
attraversano varchi più chiusi
che distingui il bianco
dal nero a fatica;
solo il suono potrà raccontare
un’idea di armonia
lasciata un giorno per strada
di un’estate senza città.

Lo sguardo cerca ancora
il punto
un segno di frattura
quel profilo che tagliava
linee nette d'orizzonte

e la ragione ad implorare
il ritorno
delle sfere all'incontrario
di pomeriggi d'acqua e sole
giocati invano

ma l'età sfuma i ricordi
e le gioie
quanto il ferro dissolve
i più saldi legami
consumati nel tempo.

Un po' più solo
oggi
ritornerò presso il tuo legno
e bacerò di nuovo pietre
