I am grateful for Peace.
Life’s realities hit us hard occasionally. War, death, tragedy, and hardship makes life seem unbearable. I am thankful that I can find peace among all the heartbreaks that life throws at us. It’s a peace in your mind and in your heart that can calm the storms which ravage our lives….a positive energy which our bodies crave….an inner healing power.
Find and focus on that peaceful place within…the reward is healthy.

The word gratitude comes to mind. Gratitude is being thankful and appreciating everything we have. Grateful for the sunshine, a peaceful home, a loving family, and the list can go on and on….
