This appears to be taken just as the building was being completed in 1913. There are some legible advertising placards for theatrical events and boxing at front left, specifically a poster for "May Robson, A Night Out", a poster advertising boxing at the Queens Theatre and another for something called "The Greyhound". No indication of the photographer.
