Completed 18" Irish frame drum - I'll leave this now for a few months to let the stain develop and mature before I decide if it need any further work.

18" Irish Bodhran frame drum decorated with henna by Spellstone. Commissioned by The Henna Page™ Calendar 2010. The pattern is a Celtic inspired design.

The henna paste has been in place on this drum for about a year - and just scraped back today. The stain will continue to darken over the next few months.
