Mullaghmore harbour is a great watersports centre from here all kinds of sporting activities take part but one suppriseing fact is that it is a fantastic place for Shark fishing and indead this does not put the locals off amoung the best of fish available are
Blue Shark

These magnificent fish visit our shores from July onwards. More often than not the fish will come around the boat before taking the baits, this causes some great excitement. Once hooked they put up a very good fight . Many fine specimen fish have being caught our best being 140Lbs.
Porbeagle Shark , Tope
All shark are released unharmed to fight another day.
Giant Bluefin Tuna

The world's ultimate gamefish ! These giants up to 1500Lbs arrive in August and stay until November. A record fish of almost 1000Lbs has been caught by Adrian Malloy, a fellow Skipper. The average runs at around 600Lbs. There are few places in the world (only the east coast of the USA and West Coast of Ireland) where you can battle with these giants. Imagine hooking up to a car doing 50mph and you will have some idea of the raw power of these great creatures. Believe me if they had paws they would rule the planet.

Directions:

Mullaghmore is located in north County Sligo on the north west coast of Ireland. We are within easy reach of all the major ferryports and airports.
