While there's light I thought I'd better make the most of it as I can't take photos during the week this time of year as it's dark when I get in. Still not that great as the toy shelf is under my stairs :D

This is to show the scale of the little yellow smiley thingy I'm using as my new buddy icon and also to celebrate Melody's first change of clothes for *cough* nearly a year O_O

Just realised there are only 20 weeks left to Christmas!!! (it's really week 32, I am a week behind still) I'd better start saving now O_O

This should actually be week 31, but I'm behind - still finding it hard to sit at my computer desk because of my back, so apologies if I've not visited your photostream for a while, will catch up soon I hope!

Getting bord of this 52 weeks project now and finding it hard to think of ideas, hence the strange photo of the contents of my fridge! This isn't the typical contents of my fridge, just a snapshot of a moment in time!

Would love to see what's in yours ;)

Oh and Timmie was not impressed as I took the photo and forgot he was in there, by the time I remembered he was freezing cold poor thing :D

Had to take a quick iphone snap for this week's Timmie capture as I've been busy busy busy over the weekend de-cluttering! It's a long weekend here in the UK as Monday is a(nother) Bank Holiday. The weather isn't that great and so as I have a trapped nerve in my back I'm having to be unusually active (it hurts to sit or lie down), so I've been doing all the standing up chores that I haven't done in a while :D

I really loved this display in the garden centre I went to with my mum today, it's amazing what you can achieve with a lot of pots together and that plant Timmie is sitting in was just in the most amazing condition! I have the same plant in a pot in my garden, but sadly the frost got to it. I was looking for ideas for autumn planting (has to be in pots) and has to look good against purple as I'm going to paint my wall deep purple on the front of my house.

I'm on leave from work for a week which is why I had the unusual pleasure of a mid week trip out with Timmie....I need to marry a rich man so I don't need to go out to work anymore, or at least maybe work part time :D

I removed everything from the wall of loveliness (that had actually spread into 2 walls of lovliness) and all the toys from the shelf!!! I started the wall when I got my first Blythe, mainly because I needed to do something with all the lovely Moo cards and other little cards and photos I'd received and then it just snow balled. I've re-arranged stuff over the years, but never started completely from scratch. I've had a bit of a pants day, so suddenly felt the need to do something impulsive and this is what happened. It feels very strange and empty, but it's good to have a fresh start!

Sadly a couple of my fav things ripped when I removed them, taking large chunks of paint with them O_O

Our latest set from the amazing Jenny (Icantdance) came with a friend!
Melody and Muckla are now BFF (I have really, really, really wished for a Muckla since I first saw them on Jenny's photostream, I'm as thrilled as Melody!)

Kate Middleton had lily of the valley in her bouquet and it is even rumoured to be cornish lily of the valley too, just like the one Timmie is nestled in, which is in Granmum's back garden!

Timmie and his family, Holly and I all sat round the tv today watching the William and Kate getting married, I had to fight back the tears, it was so romantic, the bride looked stunning and I just love all the pomp and ceremony of royal events. Holly went home this afternoon, so I went round to Granmum's place for dinner to reminisce about the events of the day.

Congrats to Will and Kate!
