A 40mm "marking round." It is fired at suspects to be arrested. Leaving large amounts of paint, and I am sure a nice bruise. The police then rush to arrest the person with the paint on themselves.

This boat was constantly being surrounded by the sheriff's boat and the coast guard. At one point the sheriff's boat cut in front of this boat and in turn the but gunned its accelerator and held on the horn. The sheriff's boat narrowly missed being rammed by about a foot.

When I got here, an elderly man sitting down told me he needed an ambulance. He said he tried to get one of the police officers to call an ambulance for him because he had shortness of breath and dizziness with a history of heart problems. The officer would not come to his aid. I personally then went to the officer pictured here to try to call an ambulance for the gentleman. This officer refused to look or respond to me even though I told him this old man needed an ambulance. I then personally called an ambulance. About 15 minutes later, I saw an ambulance parked in a parking lot a block away. I ran up to them and asked if they were here for an elderly gentleman. I told them yes and that he was up ahead. They asked if he was near the police, I responded yes. They said, "Well we are not going to go up there because of the police presence." At this point in the day I was more enraged than I have ever been in my entire life. No one showed an ounce of care for this elderly gentleman. I then had to run back and help the gentleman make the trek back to the ambulance. As we neared, the ambulance started to pull away. I had to leave the gentleman and catch the ambulance before they left. This was the point a lost all respect for the people that are supposed to "Protect and Serve."

Right before this mass arrest of innocent and guilty alike, a fringe group of anarchists went around and busted windows of businesses, slashed tires, let out air of police tires. The police retaliated by firing 40mm marking rounds, CS gas, flash bangs, rubber bullets, and mace. Sadly, many innocents got caught in the crossfire.
