I built the new top much wider than the old one, to gain some shelf space.

I set it in place, sat on the toilet, then realized that I had to narrow it by a couple inches.

the faucet wasn't lined up properly with the bowl, so water collected at the back, soaking the unfinished wood top and getting the unfinished drywall moldy.
