While driving home from work yesterday, I realized there was enough light to get some decent pictures. All afternoon, the City by the Bay had been pelted by huge raindrops. Not conducive for taking photographs, photography is all about light. But who pays attention to the rules of photography, anyway?

A member of the ambulance crew guides their driver from Kearny Street onto Jackson Street ( both streets are one-way). Because of a festival in Chinatown, they had to backup Jackson Street to pick up a patient.

The SFMTA is now ticketing people on Sundays from Noon to 6 p.m. if you are parked at a parking meter that has no time on it. An expired meter will cost you $72. It used to be FREE parking for metered sections, but that all changed on Jan 06, 2013 because of economics.
