Hello everyone...it has been a long long time since my last upload and its good to be back with my proudest picture...ever...

New Zealand is probably the most beautiful place ive been to so far, plenty of stunning spots for photo opportunities.

I decided to dabble in some "star" photography and after 2 nights of failed attempts, I got incredibly lucky with this shot just before i decided to pack up. I was pleasantly suprised to have captured a shooting star. I didnt even see it.

Anyway hope you guys love it

Onsen Resort, Tokyo

Just came back from a long overdue family trip. We headed to the mountain area just 3 hours outside Tokyo and stayed at this beautiful onsen resort. I couldn't remember what the name of the place is, but it was absolutely stunning.

Best experience ever, spending hours outside in the onsen, with the river running by you and snow falling on you while you relax in the hot/warm volcano heated water!

In the background of the image, you can see steam coming out of 1 of the 5 onsens in this resort!

Went to Burleigh Heads at the Gold Coast and managed to capture some surfing action! These guys are crazy....thats taking at about 530-6am...the water was definitely too cold to swim in!!

Ana and I was up in Brisbane for my half Ironman race and we decided to take this opportunity to take some seascape in Queensland.

Not the best conditions here, clouds were sparse and just sitting at the horizon...tides were higher than expected...oh well we will be back again!

Hey guys,

I am back! Kinda...So glad to be able to pick up the camera again and go shooting! Life has been very hectic! Anyway, recently did a photoshoot with my cousin (Tiff) and fiance (Hanly)...congrats to them!

This is my first time doing this kind of shooting. At first it was a tad challenging, but it all worked out fine! Hope you guys like it. I'll post up 1 or 2 more in abit!

Megha, a friend of mine, is a brilliant singer and she recently asked me to do a shoot for her portfolio so she could send it off to agencies.

As you guys may know by now that i am mostly a landscape photog. And therefore this was probably one of the most challenging shoot....EVER! I have never done any shooting with a model. It was such a steep (but fun)learning curve.

I had a ball with this shoot and would like to start and venture into people photography!

Now I wish i had a 35L...sigh

Today was probably the most uneventful birthday EVERR!

4 hours of lectures straight + 4 hours of practicals in the lab. YAYAY!

I've been pretty swamped with med school, but thank God for Ana for dragging me out of bed to get the dust off my camera!

This is a similar shot that i took couple months back, but this time the colour of the sky was much more interesting! Its funny how the sky can vary that much!

Hope everyone had a great new years. It has been such a long time since I went out for a shoot. I have been on holidays and have been rather busy/lazy. I hope when med school starts I can still find the time to go for shoots!

I can't believe people were already swimming at 5am. Even though it is summer over here, that particular morning was especially cold. Props to those brave souls.

Anyway...good to be back taking photos!

Ana and I decided to head back to canyon X hoping to have a better sunrise. So glad we went back there again!

Ana's leaving back home for a few months and I will miss my photo/chill buddy very dearly! I hope she has a good holiday and am already looking forward for her to come back...haha

Its been a while since I uploaded something. These sunrise shots are a) hard to get to (we had to rock hop for 20 mins) b) takes a toll on your body when you have to wake up at 3am. But in the end it was well worth it!

I'm so glad that Ana was up for it, without her I don't think i can be bothered to go myself. haha

Ana and I decided to man up and head down to Warriewood blow hole A.K.A. Canyon X for some extreme action packed shooting this morning.

The reason why i said "man up" is because we had to climb down a "shear cliff face" with some rope thats driven down with a stake. I can assure you that I feared for my life especially when it was pitch black.

Unfortunately, the sunrise gods weren't with us today and I only managed to get ONE good shot.

What made the day even more interesting was that a tick managed to latch on to my head. However we got rid of that little bugger. Thank god for Ana and my swiss army tweezers. Nonetheless it managed to leave a hole on my scalp.

This was definitely the most exciting and fun shoot so far. Will come back again hopefully with a better sunrise!
