From the other direction. The radiator upstairs leaked a few years ago and discolored the wall; Tom (the landlord) might be wiling to repaint for you. The bookshelf is in front of the pocket doors that lead to Room #2. This room doesn't have a closet.

Sorry, this room is a disaster right now. We've been clearing out things to go to the thrift store, and piling them in here in the meantime! It would make a really nice office. It has two full walls of windows, and is sunny pretty much all day.

Measures 12x12. We use this one as a bedroom, because the corner of Ludlow and Brookline (on the other side of the apartment) can be noisy at night.

This is a pretty big coat closet. We use the central area for a bar, and the sides for storage. It also has a lovely glass doorknob.

Looking back towards the hall. The fireplace doesn't work, but it's made of Rookwood tile, so you get some Cincinnati history with the place. The door in the background is looking into Room #2 (the middle room).

Bay windows overlook the park. There's a #51 bus stop right outside (it goes past Blegen), as well as a North Route UC shuttle stop.

The floor area measures about 8x10 (not including the space taken up by cabinets, appliances, etc.). The people who were here before us had a small table in here, but we eat in the living room. There's a garbage disposal, dishwasher, oven and gas stove, and fairly new fridge (it was replaced 4 or 5 years ago). There's also an ancient trash compactor, but we've never even tried to use it. The door leads to the basement, where there are old, but functional, coin-operated washers and driers ($1 per wash, $1 per dry).

The bathroom is tiny, but functional. Also, there's a claw-foot tub! The sink faucet and shower were replaced within the past five years.
