These DELIGHTFUL vintage made in Japan chicks are a WONDERFUL gift from Ann (gracefulfig). I am so happy these cheerful little chicks came to live with me. Thank you, Ann, so very very much.

I want to make a reference to Ursula LeGuin's book "Solomon Leviathan's Nine Hundred and Thirty-First Trip Around the World" in which when the giraffe stumbles he says it is "because I am a very intelligent giraffe." but it has been many years since I read the book and my friend that owns the book can't find it so if you know the correct quote, please let me know. Every time I stumble Jerry says, "you are an intelligent giraffe."

Simlian gave me the Sonny Angel giraffe (along with some other awesome gifts). He is my first Sonny Angel and soooo perfect for me. Thank you so much Simlian. Sonny is holding a My Little Pony toy giraffe and beside Sonny is a Plankie rattle. In the background orange and blue giraffe unknown origins, brown and white woven in Thailand, yellow and orange Fisher Price rattle.

I am so happy to be here. Look! Look! I have my very own private garden.
This Mini Wanda Wonder Frog was a gift from the lovely, compassionate, carrying Debbie, (The Dolly Mama). I LOVE LOVE LOVE her and my frog.
Do you want your mini Wanda Wonder Frog to stand up? Cut a small square from a plastic bottle. Place a strip of Scotch tape across the center. Put a glob of hot glue on top of the tape. Let the glue cool a little. Put the frog's heals into the warm glue letting his toes rest on the tape covered plastic. Position him so he is balanced in a standing position. Let cool. Cool in frig for a few minutes. When completely cool peel tape and frog off of plastic base. Trim glob of glue leaving a little bit sticking our behind her feet, cut between her (we want her to be able to walk)...Presto.... She walks, she talks

Licca loves her new summer dress adorned with rows of petite red ruffles. This delight frock was created by the famous designer Jeri (Hitty Evie) using the tiniest, weest, itiybityest stitches I have ever seen. Made in the USA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! A thousand thank yous to Jeri for bringing such wonderful delight into my home.

OMG Judi I open your package and all these woodland creatures jumped out and headed for the park. The rabbit hopped out of the rabbit hole hiding eggs....Oh look! There is a blue chick and just yesterday I was wishing for a blue chick....And check out rabbit's eyes I wonder just what is going on down in that rabbit hole....And to my delight Humpty Dumpty climbed gingerly out of the box. Humpty Dumpty is viewing the activities from the sideline, he doesn't want to fall......Thank you, Judi, so much for all these treasures and for remembering how much I love Humpty Dumpty....I adore the bunny so glad he hid in the box.....

This gnome from Natasha (Candy Pop) is loving it here. He has already found a cottage. Then he found a pile of jewels. Gnome was sooooo excited he jumped right in to the middle of them laughing with glee. Hummm? Even though the day is cool he feels a warm breeze on the back of his neck.......

In Whittling Wood we find wise and old rabbit, the resident oracle.

Thank you Debbie for this very wise and wonderful rabbit. He will enjoy "favorite toy status" for ever and ever!!!!!!!!!

I also thank my friend, David Pilcher, for turning these fantasy trees. His creative efforts exceeded my wildest dreams and I adore these trees. I am going to paint these trees green. I have tried to get David to make me more so I can have another set of trees in pastels and some to share with everyone but he just cringes.

Shevie (paperdolly1) gave me this fairy who is truly magical. When I took a photo of this fairy I finally understood how focus points work in my camera in live view. Isn't she wonderful? Shevie made her outfit fit with glorious vintage laces and her magical wand is a vintage button. She flies around my house sprinkling happiness and joy. I adore her!!!! Thank you so much Shevie.

Robert Tonner's Gloria Ann gazes at a whimsical vintage Hollywood doll.
Imagine my excitement to open a birthday gift from Michele (MADsLucky13) and find TWO HOLLYWOOD dolls. Queen for the Day even came in a box. Michele your awesome gifts made me feel like "Queen for the Day". Thank you so much, so many times, over and over. I have wanted a Nancy Ann Storybook doll but these are BETTER. I love the way they can tilt their heads. These dolls are so precious and they certainly will have Favorite Shelf Status

Opening Packages from Mary (mrybuckler) is just the most delightful fun. She has a special talent for wrapping and decorating her packages. PLUS she made the vintage style basket ornament and the matchbox and I love them so much, The angel is great and I love her candle with the tip of pipe cleaner flame. I don't know how she finds the cool cupcake picks. I never see them in the stores or at yard sales....THANK YOU so much Mary

Awesome gifts from (kelbug) Kelly. Kelly, I know you know I like bunnies but I also LOVE red, turquoise and pink. I will be doing a room in those colors this year. My daughter saw your whimsical creation and was saying, "Mom, Mom, where did you get this. This is so cool." Miss Bunny is so glad you sent the wonderful snowman chain, because of the CARROT noses of course. Kelly also sent Christmas candies which are long gone.....Kelly, thank you so much. This piece of art will have a place of honor in my home and in my heart forever and then my daughter will love her forever.

This is so incredible...OMG it is a bunny....Rita screams and runs around the house....yelling "double bunny glitter points..." OMG this is an AMAZING piece of art....One of a kind and handcrafted gift package tags....Made with ultra-fine glitter powder (mica), vintage scarp art and decorative trim......I yearn for a day free of responsibilities so I can photograph this amazing piece of art over and over until I capture it in all its amazing magical glory....OMG....a million zillion thank yous Michele (MADsLucky13)....this is the holy grail of bunnies....LOL a bunny is so PERFECT for ME.....
