Ok, so I have about 15 necklaces which I need to photograph, and I'd like to do something like the above for each. Taking and editing the photos was the easy part, but I can't for the life of me make a simple, uniform border in Photoshop!!

I think you can see from the above what I'm aiming for - standard 6x4 frame, portrait image on the left 3x4 and the two images on the right 3x2, all with a nice, thin, uniform black border. Ideally I'd like to make a template so that I can easily drop images in. Easy? Not for me!!

OK, so finally go out and about with the new camera...well, I took my 2 month old for a walk in the Botanics. Can't wait to try out some landscapes with this amazing camera!

Dirty D800 - should I be suspicious?

I just got home to my newly delivered D800, only to unbox it and discover dirt on the top/flash. I've taken a quick shot to check shutter count and it came out as the 1st shot taken, but I find the dirt very suspicious! I could wipe it off and forget about it, but wanted to get opinions first. Battery is still charging, so haven't tested the camera at all yet (aside from the 1 quick shot to check shutter count). Hmmmmmmmmm....
