This is one of two photos I took of the Bissman House, in Mansfield, Ohio, one on a sunny day and one on an overcast day. This is obviously a very customized version of Cottage Souvenir Design No. 36, with a tower and porch that seems inspired by Cottage Souvenir Design No. 1. There is apparently a much older house attached at the rear.

This is the Samuel Spitler House, in Brookfield, Ohio, built in 1894. It was built from the same design used by Barber himself for his first residence in Knoxville, after moving there from DeKalb, Illinois. This house is presently a house-museum.
