Preserved British Railways standard class 9F steam locomotive 92220 Evening Star is pictured on display in the Great Hall at the National Railway Museum in York. This was the last steam locomotive built for British Railway, built in 1960 and earmarked for preservation before being completed and only saw 5 years use, being withdrawn in 1965.
