an upcycled beauty...

made from vintage velvet...dig the bold orange, red and brown! an exciting find! the exterior pocket is reclaimed upholstery fabric that is kept closed by a soft gray suede flap with velcro on the other side. floral cotton fabric lining with an interior pocket and magnet closure. the bottom exterior is tan vinyl. easily slung over the shoulder by a moss green canvas belt.

great carry-all purse!

a great friend gina gregerson is my inspiration on this line of handbags...therefore calling it the GiGi.

this supernatural one-of-a-kind fabric purse is made from a re-purposed italian silk tapestry of a majestic stag and fabric handed down to me from the one and only *gina*. it's a great combination of textures. the inside of the bag is completely lined with a caramel linen and sports a double butterfly pocket. the strap is a reclaimed stripped silk necktie which scoops into two big metal ring to keep closed.

it's perfect for holding everything you need and more. it's beautiful, sturdy, washable and eco-friendly!!!

this uber-fun one-of-a-kind fabric purse is made from re-purposed upholstery fabric and fabric handed down to me from the one and only *gina*. it's a great combination of textures (i.e., corduroy, silk, suede, & cotton). the inside of the bag is completely lined with a floral print and the exterior has a 2 huge pockets. the striped pocket is divided into two sections...one snug enough for your cell phone. the other pocket which is black/gray suede has velcro to keep your stuff safely tucked in. the strap is a reclaimed pink/blue silk necktie which scoops into a big metal ring to keep closed.

it's perfect for holding everything you need and more. it's beautiful, sturdy, washable and eco-friendly!!!

this bag was made from a gorgeous vintage italian velvet tapestry. bold greens and yellow/pink hues! the floral design is accompanied by a camel micro-suede pocket (2 slots) with a beautiful nude woman laying out amongst the grass. the interior is lined with cotton floral fabric and has a teal two slot pocket for your cell phone and extras. easily slug over the shoulder with two moss green straps and kept closed with a charcoal vinyl flap secured with velcro for easy open/close. i have also added a beaded embellishment of amber beads and shell leaf.

16"w (40cm) x 11.5"h (28cm)

this fun retro inspired bag is made from reclaimed material found here in boise, id. the exterior is polyester backed by thick interfacing to preserve the shape. the interior is printed cotton and the handles are multiple pieces of colored suede held closed with velcro.

common sense fashion...

using only upcycled fabric from the re:use market here in boise, id. this clutch is one of a kind.

outside: two different patterns on each side of upholstery fabric, with colors in gold, yellow, purple, rose, black and green.

inside: leopard fabric.

in between: interlining and wadding.

frame: silver (it picks up the color of the fabric and looks brass or gold).

dimensions:
top frame width is 15cm / 6"
bottom width is 19cm / 7.5"
heigth is 18cm / 7"
depth is 4cm / 1.5"

the pippilotta clutch can be used in a variety of ways: a makeup bag, a bag for your ipod/mp3-player and headphones, or an organizer for your bigger purse.

made from all recycled materials (except thread). i found this beautiful tartan wool skirt and had to make a big bag out of it! i love purple don't you?! i kept the original skirt details and added a contrasting rust/black grid fabric lining, a canvas strap, and matching interior pocket. a great feature is the outside pocket when you unzip the skirt's zipper! great place to stash the ipod so that the earbuds can stick out but the player won't fall out.
