the abandoned horace mann high school in gary, indiana had an enoormus gym with beautiful paintings on the wall depicting its sports prowess, as well as several basketball courts with huge bleachers and many hoops. on one side of the gym, the wooden floors were so warped they swoll up almost 4 feet tall creating a floor that looked like something starght out of the movie termors, or a variety of other horror movies.

not your typical clothing bags, these protective bags were used to store the workers street clothing when they came into work at the steel plant. once they changed into their work attire, the bags were hoisted up to the ceiling to avoid getting dirty or starting a fire, while the steel works went about their business below.
