Had some dramtic weather move in as we were traveling to Apache Lake. Snow in the distance put on the 24-105 and clicked off 4 images hand held and stitched them together.

this is a really neat cave that I had a really limited time to shoot. Like less than twenty minutes. I actually went back to spend more time but it was closed. It is also suprisingly large. I am copy pasting a link with more information. azstateparks.com/Parks/TONA/index.html

I've been wanting to do this ever since visiting Arizona the first time...this time I was able to do it. The clear star-filled night sky of the desert with a saguaro cacti...coyotes were all around me as this shot was taken...still very cool experience...

I spent an embarrasing amount of time working on capturing water droplets recently. After about a total of 12 hours this is what I ended up with using three flash units and colored gels.

ok...a great teacher inspired me to go out and try this experiment with light...I was fortunate it worked on my first attempts..as soon as I seen the finished results I had this image in my mind's eye...

Had went last weekend to do sunrises at Boca Grande and the skies were very clear...so moved onto my new favorite abandoned pier and tried something a little different.
