Campanella Nut Farm

As we were driving around Mt Wilson, we found this gorgeous garden that was not on our map. It is called the "Campanella Nut Farm". The friendly owner told us it was only the second time in 30 some years that he opened the garden to the public. He also said it would be opened this coming up weekend as well, and that's probably it for the rest of the spring. This is a really neat place, lots of gorgeous flowers, a rain forest walk, and some unexpected animals. I recommend a visit if you can get up there very soon!

These gardens are located at Mt Wilson, about 2 hours drive from Sydney (along Bells Line of Road). There are many nice gardens to see there. Today, Yengo was my favourite. The garden has many nice sculptures as well, but I was most interested in the autumn colours.

Nooroo Garden

I spent Sunday at Nooroo garden, Mount Wilson. It is only open for a few months a year in spring and in autumn. For those interested in photographing birds and/or flowers, I'd recommend you get out to Mount Wilson! I really had one of my best photo outings ever. More to come!

Nooroo is most famous for its wisteria flowers. They haven't begun to bloom yet. They estimated that they would be blooming by the 3rd week of October.
