Wright Picking on Castro

Some guys standing behind the Visitor dugout at Comerica Park said something to Ramon Castro that made him laugh as he walked into the dugout to get a drink. A few minutes later after walking over near homeplate he came back and thew them a few baseballs. Wright then started picking on him how they weren't his balls to give away.

Guillermo Mota and Romon Castro warm up together before the Mets/Tigers game Saturday June 9th. Castro was doing this really cool ball transfer thing from his glove to his hand. He would catch the ball with a swipe of the glove, and have it dropped in his hand all in the same motion. I was quite impressed.

Wright Fielding Balls in BP

No he isn't switching to 2nd base. Wright just took some grounders there during the batting practice rotations. He kept making the plays and jumping and spinning like he was going to gun it to first. He finally did lob one over towards the crowd of people waiting by first base seats. It bounced up and my brother was able to snag it. 3 of the 4 people that came in our group got balls from batting practice. It was pretty cool.
