one of my new year's resolutions was to learn how to can and do it - and i did! this summer has been full of experiments with recipes, processing times, chopping techniques, spicing, etc. i'm disappointed with the first batch of pickles i made, but i DID succeed in making some beautiful (and delicious) peach jam and applesauce as well
